I called asking questions about placing an order in the middle of COVID-19 expecting to hear I would need to wait for months. I was extremely impressed with the friendly professional service I received over the phone. Rachel was very informative and happy to answer all my questions. My experience with Class B was “First Class” service. Started with initial contact and all the way through the final product. Emily was very patient, offered ideas and Emily’s professionalism was spot on. To be honest it was one of the reasons why I went with Class B over other competitors.
