Fantastic customer service! This is our third time ordering from Class B and the experience is consistant...Fantastic. They do a great job of checking and doubling checking the orders to avoid errors from both Class B and the customer.

What a GREAT experience! The artist worked with me to develop a very appealing design (the jpeg I had wouldn't work, so she created one that would from scratch--and the cost for that design work was included in the regular price). Everyone with whom I dealt was extremely friendly and helpful. THIS is what customer service should be at every company.
