I have to tell you that I am a connoisseur of good service and your company is the finest example of a well organized, customer and quality focused organization that I've encountered in a very long time.

I was a quality improvement process facilitator at a large multinational corporation several years ago and their quality statement was "We will meet the needs and expectations of our customers, both internal and external, the first time and every time." You have certainly accomplished the external part and judging from my contact with your artist, customer service, and shipping folks, I suspect you take care of internal customers just as well. Your follow-up is exceptional.

And to top it off: a thank you note signed by your staff. Unbelievable. That's something that I do with my customers; and you know this, it's something that your competitors do not do and sets you far above anyone else.

ClassB has outstanding customer service. They answered my numerous questions, accepted several changes that I made with a cheery attitude, and got our shirts to us a day earlier than anticipated with a thank you note from their staff. Great service, and experience. I think that the site could work to correct the problems for international orders. Like address information, and payment methods. The BSA like troops like ours aren't always found in the US nor on military bases.
