The customer service we received was excellent! We had a problem with a couple sweatshirts in our initial order being too small. The customer service rep asked me to measure the sweatshirts received and once we realized that they were 2 inches shorter than what was listed in the online sizing chart, they replaced the two for free. The representative was friendly and obviously invested in making sure our scouts got the product they ordered. Will definitely use ClassB again!!

I ordered shirts for our family reunion in July and the art team worked with me in order to custom make a design special to our family. Everyone loved the t-shirts and we all wore them for our reunion. I had the t-shirts shipped directly to the location of our reunion and you guaranteed my delivery a few days earlier than should have been to make sure it got there in time. Thank you for working with me. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly from customer service to the art team and also the girl who answers the phone. I will and have been recommending this company to everyone who needs t-shirts. Everything was just perfect. You accomodated all my needs and enjoyed doing it in the process. That is what true customer service is all about and is what brings us back.

Many of the comments I read stated that the shirts ran small, so some of the students ordered a bit larger. We received our shirts and were very pleased with the service, the only negative was that the shirts would have fit fine and a few students have shirts now that are too big. I liked the personal service and the promptness in making changes.
