The 100% heavy cotton is larger than standard industry size, the language used in the website makes it very confusing, you think the other styles run small compared to industry standard size. Clearer language on sizing

This is my first time ordering shirts with classB for Cubscout. The order took a while due to shortage in sizing. Once I received the shirts, there were 2 different shades in colors, but Emily was extremely helpful and resolved the issue immediately.

The customer service we received was excellent! We had a problem with a couple sweatshirts in our initial order being too small. The customer service rep asked me to measure the sweatshirts received and once we realized that they were 2 inches shorter than what was listed in the online sizing chart, they replaced the two for free. The representative was friendly and obviously invested in making sure our scouts got the product they ordered. Will definitely use ClassB again!!

This company knows how to do Customer service!!! Every part of the process is explained, you can call your representative easily if you have questions
or problems, and the shirts turned out great! I miscounted and was short a shirt, called before the order was sent, and they easily added one on!!! I paid for 2 color ink, but the design only required one so Matt (my rep) called me and sorted it out so that I wasn't over charged. They have you approve the final design before printing. The prices were great for the high quality product ($11 per shirt when I ordered 30). The shirts are 100% cotton, so I had everyone buy a size up in case of shrinkage. And I love that they have so many color and sizing options! Will definitely order from them again! Thanks from Cub Scouts Pack 270!!

Andrea Friar in your customer service department went way beyond the call of duty to help me with my Pack's tee shirt order. From suggestions on color to virtual instantaneous response on design changes and advice on sizing, she could NOT have been more helpful. The only way she could have been more helpful is if she drove to our house to deliver the package herself! Thanks ClassB and Andrea for an excellent experience!
