Aside from my order being prompt and well made, Class B is has the best customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. They called me to double check my order, and when I had further questions and called them, they promptly answered the phone. They quickly responded to my emails as well.
They sell a good product for a fair price, and they take care of their customers. I am impressed.

Once again Class B has underpromised and overdelivered. The online ordering process is straightforward and easy. The customer service rep (in this case Michael L.) is attentive and offers good suggestions for meeting product requirements. He checked in with me at each step of the order process, confirming satisfaction and making himself available for questions or concerns (of which there were none.) Our final product is even better than the original that we provided as a sample. It was delivered well in advance of expected due date and is quite reasonable priced. We purchase our Boy Scout camp shirts from Class B each year and have the same amazing experience. I will continue to give Class B first dibs with any custom Scout project that comes up for us in the future.
