The ordering process needs to be improved especially if there is reorder placed a year later. There needs to be better explanation that the ink colors are different screen vs digital and the shirt image needs to reflect that as you toggle between the two types of printing. Customer service needs to better assist with this process for repeat customers.

We had an extremely short deadline to complete designs and orders for printed T-shirts and embroidered jackets, aprons and patches for a Wood Badge Course. Nancy was incredibly diligent, responsive, helpful and friendly. She also made great suggestions for refining the designs. Finally, she pushed to get the orders produced early and shipped just before the Labor Day weekend and a hurricane so we received everything on time. Without any doubt, it was absolutely the best customer service I have ever received from any company or organization. I heard many compliments from staff and participants about the design. The customer service with this site is amazing from pre-order, to making sure the order is absolutely correct and following up after thorder has been received. The only sadness with our order is the size of the image on the back of the shirts. It looks great on the youth shirts but the adult shirts get a small image on a large shirt and it looks funny. Wish the images could be altered to fit better on each size rather than one size image for everything.
