They were patient with the numerous modifications I requested repeatedly and delivered as promised. Shipment was several weeks ahead of schedule and the end product was frankly the best ever. We had some issues ordering locally the last few times with getting the correct sizes and number of shirts. This was our second order with ClassB and we received them quicker than if we had done it local and received much better customer service.

Really enjoyed the great customer service, you can tell you care about your employees and the like what they do! Very satisfied with our shirts our kids were able to help and design them with your site.
Our robot team was late on deciding on a t-shirt design. I had previous experience with ClassB and thought they may be able to create and deliver with a quick turnaround when other sites couldn't. The staff worked with me to create an awesome design and I had the shirts in hand in a week, without being charged any special rush shipping charges. Friendly customer service, quality artwork, and free shipping all within a week to meet a competition deadline. Couldn't have asked for more!

The customer service we received was excellent! We had a problem with a couple sweatshirts in our initial order being too small. The customer service rep asked me to measure the sweatshirts received and once we realized that they were 2 inches shorter than what was listed in the online sizing chart, they replaced the two for free. The representative was friendly and obviously invested in making sure our scouts got the product they ordered. Will definitely use ClassB again!!
