I cannot recall how long it has been since I received a handwritten note from the person who was handling my order. The communication was awesome and the whole experience was incredible. Second year ordering imprinted and embroidered shirts/jackets from Class B. Jonah R. is the VERY BEST customer service agent I have ever dealt with. Instantaneous communication. Exceptional art work with corrections/alterations in the same day. Delivery nearly a week in advance of promised date. Quality of shirts and artwork. Class B is DEFINITELY Class A !!!
