I was amazed at the selection of ideas for shirts but blown away by the customer service. I cannot recall how long it has been since I received a handwritten note from the person who was handling my order. The communication was awesome and the whole experience was incredible. I surely wish more companies adopted your style of customer service!

Second year ordering imprinted and embroidered shirts/jackets from Class B. Jonah R. is the VERY BEST customer service agent I have ever dealt with. Instantaneous communication. Exceptional art work with corrections/alterations in the same day. Delivery nearly a week in advance of promised date. Quality of shirts and artwork. Class B is DEFINITELY Class A !!!

Fantastic customer service! Courteous, helpful people, a great website to keep you informed of progress, and the products arrived ahead of schedule and perfect. They were very responsive to email correspondence. I also appreciate the thoughtful nuances, such as packing the order in reverse, so when I open the box to check it against the packing slip, it's intuitive. This is my fifth order with ClassB, and I'm sure it won't be the last.

The quality of the product and customer service of the Class B rep Ryan and his team were outstanding. They were patient with the numerous modifications I requested repeatedly and delivered as promised. Shipment was several weeks ahead of schedule and the end product was frankly the best ever. A first time buyer, I intend to use ClassB for all my product needs.
