I also appreciate the thoughtful nuances, such as packing the order in reverse, so when I open the box to check it against the packing slip, it's intuitive. The quality of the product and customer service of the Class B rep Ryan and his team were outstanding. They were patient with the numerous modifications I requested repeatedly and delivered as promised. Shipment was several weeks ahead of schedule and the end product was frankly the best ever. Our robot team was late on deciding on a t-shirt design. I had previous experience with ClassB and thought they may be able to create and deliver with a quick turnaround when other sites couldn't. The staff worked with me to create an awesome design and I had the shirts in hand in a week, without being charged any special rush shipping charges. Friendly customer service, quality artwork, and free shipping all within a week to meet a competition deadline. Couldn't have asked for more!
