I have had a better experience with an incorrect order. Our pack tee shirts arrived incorrect (the pack number was wrong). Since our banquet was coming up, I immediately ordered new shirts. I contacted Ryan in customer services explained what happened ---I didn't proof the order correctly and the pack number was different than what was ordered. Ryan immediately corrected everything. we were not charged for the 2nd order of tee shirts, and he made sure that the tee shirts arrived in time our banquet. I cannot wait to order from Class B again.
