Sure, people need to know the inflexibility of customer service. " If you place an order and it is incorrect- it will not be fixed unless you pay more shirit than the orginal order- dissasafied customer and girl scout leader that does not recommend"

As a repeat customer, our troop appreciates the seamless process of reordering. Even though our last order was more than one year ago and made by a different individual who has since moved on from our troop, efficient Armando in Customer Service was quickly able to pull up our history and easily complete our new order. The new order arrived quickly and everything is identical to our older shirts. The shirts are high quality and the artwork is great. Thanks!

My frist phone call to your customer service center was handled by a woman and she was not friendly. The second time I called I got Michael and HE WAS WONDERFUL!!! Give that guy an A+ rating, a raise and a promotion (if he wants one.) Because of him I will use your site again.
He totally turned my attitude around AND we got great looking shirts as well.

Wonderful customer service! I ordered for my daughter's Girl Scout troop and couldn't be happier! They corrected my design placement and everything came out beautifully! I also received my order early which allowed them to wear their new shirts proudly at our local town parade!

I was impressed with the quality of the product, the user friendly software to build our shirts and the low cost. But the thing I was most impressed with was their customer service. This company takes pride in making sure you are satisfied with the product and are readily available to answer any questions for you. This type of service is rare and I will definitely use them again.
