I am very pleased with Class B's customer service. Alex was very patient with all of the changes that I requested throughout the design process of our patrol patch. Class B are great communicators, and they are also extremely talented. The scouts in our patrol were very happy with their patch. The scout who drew the original design was very proud to see his design (enhanced, of course) on the final patch. One of them even gave them two thumbs up. Overall, we are all happy with the final product. Thank you very much for such a great experience and product.

Diana was very responsive and the embroidery on our new neckerchiefs looks much better than the previous similar design produced by a different vendor. This was at least the seventh time we've ordered something from ClassB and we're currently creating our eighth order for additional matching shirts for new members. Past shirts and the screen printing have held up well over repeated washings and customer service has always been top-notch.

Excellent service! The account manager and artist were extremely helpful in getting the design and colors just right. Very responsive, and was able to get the order into production receiving it 3 days before the expected delivery. The garments came out great!
