I was late in ordering our shirts for a troop trip to Sea Base. The were scheduled to arrive two days after we had to leave town. The staff at Class B gave me no promises but told me they would do what they could to get them to me on time. I was thrilled when the shirts arrived at my house just 12 hours before we had to board our flight to Florida. The Scouts loved the shirts and wore them all week!

the website is definitely a bit dated. the tool to label the shirt was a but clunky vs tools that exist on the web nowadays.

I worked with the account manager Diana. She did an amazing job getting in touch with me and working through some issues, like being out of a particular T-shirt that was requested. She also made sure we still got our order in time for our troop to go to camp. The designs that are available for Troops to pick gave the scouts plenty of options. Wonderful customer service!
