I have ordered t-shirts from ClassB for our Venturing Crew and for our group that attended Sea Base Florida. Both times the customer service has far exceeded my expectations. The first time, there was a problem with processing my credit card payment, but the order was being processed anyway, even before the payment was finalized. The second time I ordered the Sea Base t-shirts, and because I was not able to get the order done sooner, I had to order the rush shipping for them so we would have them for travel. I was a little worried that they would not get here in time, especially since production of our shirts was delayed while I was discussing some things with our artist. I was so happy when the shirts arrived before our promised delivery date! Thank you all for such great customer experiences.

Excellent customer service from beginning to end. Had a few issues that where solved quickly and professionally. And the problems were on my end not Class B. Order actually got shipped faster than expected. I will tell all fellow scouters and will be sure to use Class B again. JOB WELL DONE,!

Even with some errors on my side of the order the staff at ClassB worked very hard to complete the order in a timely manor and we were able to get our shirts before our Conservation Project. Thanks for all the hard work ClassB!!
