the process was so easy. I loved that an artist would review my design for errors at no additional cost. Having updates along the way helped to ease my mind about meeting deadlines. Overall it was a very positive experience from beginning to end. The customer service was fantastic and I loved the little extra personal touches like emails and cards with first names. Very nice personal touch. Thank you again.
