We were working with a short TAT to get our ClassB shirts in time for our scout summer camp. The staff and website were easy to work with, arrived not only by the projected date but a day early. We have used this company for the past four years in ordering T-Shirts for our Family Reunion and have always been pleased until this year. Some of my T-Shirt sizes were wrong and instead of the company allowing me to reorder at the same cost they charged me $20.65 a shirt. Customer service was terrible.
I had problems ordering on line and had to call in my order which was written down wrong. I caught some of the errors before they were printed and Yes, part my fault for not caughting all the problems but what happen to that 100% satification guarantee!

We first ordered Troop 182 blue t-shirts in 2007 and they are like new. Our 2010 Jamboree red and yellow are still popular and we are very pleased with the new white and green t-shirts. As always, color and design were selected by our scouts using samples from your interactive website.

They first didn't get the color right and I missed the presentation at the Pack Picnic. They did agree with my concerns and worked to correct them quickly. Once we received the shirts, we showed them off at a regional outing and got nothing but compliments. One on the other den leaders will be ordering their patrol shirts next.

Our troop has been ordering from "class b" for years. And we have always been very happy with the quality of the shirts and artwork. I own a floor sanding business, I wish I new about this company before. The shirts I bought for my company are not as good as the shirts I got from "class b". In a few months they became rags. Where as the shirts I got from "class b" 4 years ago still look new. So I defiantly recommend buying shirts from "class b". And by the way their prices are much cheaper then what the other company charged me for my company shirts.
