The patches looks great on the web site. There are also a big selection. I do notice a lot of cub style patches and there are not as many older Boy Scout style patches. The patch I did order was really high quality and featured an older Boy Scout on the patch so it looks age appropriate for a Scout Troop.

The site is easy enough to navigate, but I don't order often enough to remember all the nuances. For example, I forgot that I need to place an order before the graphics team gets involved. I also forgot that we can add to an order up until the time it is released for printing. Fortunately, Class B has some of the best customer service reps in the business world and they walk you through the steps one by one.

Process was quick and easy. Fill out the form. Approve the artwork and patch design Class B drafts up. Then they send it to you. The scouts loved the seeing the image they picked out on the badge. To quote one of the scouts, "this is the coolest freaking patrol patch I have ever seen."
