We had a great experience with Class-B. They contacted us when the order was entered but didn't appear correct, and we made a correction to what would have been a horrible mistake. Then when we had to change t-shirt colors and add and take away t-shirts Andrea went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed.

I have had a better experience with an incorrect order. Our pack tee shirts arrived incorrect (the pack number was wrong). Since our banquet was coming up, I immediately ordered new shirts. I contacted Ryan in customer services explained what happened ---I didn't proof the order correctly and the pack number was different than what was ordered. Ryan immediately corrected everything. we were not charged for the 2nd order of tee shirts, and he made sure that the tee shirts arrived in time our banquet. I cannot wait to order from Class B again.

I have ordered from you over a half dozen times for Cub Scout packs, Boy Scout Troops, and Venturing Crews. Your product quality is excellent, customer service and follow through is exemplary, and shipping is fast. Shirts are competitively priced particularly at larger quantities.
