I placed an order through the trading post for myself, just one item for myself, and the customer service was extraordinary. I know that in the grand scheme of things my order was trivial for the company but they still treated me as an important customer. On top of that, the embroidered design came out looking great.

We purchase custom patches from you each year for our new Scout's first Troop (Greenhorn) campout. Our Scouts are always looking forward to seeing what the new patch will look like. We look forward to seeing even more new designs. Keep up the good work!

The only feedback I have would be to say that I found it difficult to find shirt designs I'd already created the next time I went to the website.

When I tried to update different designs to see which ones I liked best, the design would sometimes default to being off-center. This made me nervous that I would get our city/state or Pack number off-center from the center image. Our city name is a bit long so I wish it would have defaulted to automatically centering it.
