I was in charge of ordered T-Shirts for my son's Boy Scout troop trek to Philmont. I was blown away by the selection of, not only Philmont shirts, but all shirts. The website was incredibly user friendly is designing and viewing our personalized shirts. The customer service I received was close to best I've ever experienced. I want to comment on the outstanding customer service we received from Robert Stephens. Our scouting unit is heading to Japan this summer and we ordered t-shirts and hats from Class B for the trip. When our order arrived roughly 1 week out from our departure, I noticed that the shirts contained a major typo in the spelling of our host city name. When I contacted Robert, he recognized the severity of the situation and immediately agreed to replace all the shirts at his cost and guaranted that I would have the shirts prior to departure. Robert went over an above what was expected. I can't thank you enough!
