I ordered badge reels. The company I work for doesn't always have them. Mine broke on a Saturday when Human Resources is closed. I found getyourshirts.com while looking for a place to order my own. They were the only place online that accepted small orders from individuals. I placed my order on Monday and they were waiting for me in my PO Box when I got back to work on Thursday. I am extremely happy with the service.

I think you do a great job but your website is kind of hit or miss some times. It worked for me about half the time.

Fast and helpful service and the product was excellent. I even received a call asking if shipping during the holidays was okay. As it was we were going to be out of town so they delayed the shipping a week. What great personal "thinking out of the box" service!

The quality of the patchs I ordered from ClassB was great, we are a first year Webelos Den that is going through the "Webelos to Scouts Transition" and the boys were really excited to recieve the patches they have been waiting for and now they are officially Patrols instead of Dens. Jessica did a phenomenal job with this very difficult project. She was patient, reassuring, and diligent in her approach to making my design requests come to life. The end result was an absolutely perfect patch design that will be a valuable part of my association's history.
I have found this incredibly high level of creativity, dedication, and focus on customer service from all of the GetYourShirts staff that I have had the pleasure of working with over the last couple of years. I tried several other companies before coming to GetYourShirts, and was not happy with their products. They simply wanted to print and sew whatever I sent them. There was no art and design expert dedicated to making my product concept come to life.

My overall experience with your company was amazing. Being our 1st time ordering our tshirts online, we were somewhat hesitant, but the staff was so helpful & patient & knowledgeable that we were immediately put at ease & satisfied with the order. We did have a minor glitch in the order (no fault of the staff), but the staff quickly resolved the issue & left us with the thought that we know where we're coming for any future orders.
