I absolutely loved the customer service provided by ClassB.com. The initial followup on the order, the communication about the artwork, the followup of the order shipping. They actually sent a card with their business card thanking us for the order. Then we got a personal e-mail from our rep asking if our order was what we were expecting. I know they are ClassB.com, but in my book they are a Class A organization.

What a breeze. I sat down with my team to figure out which designs they liked. I had a couple in mind I thought looked awesome. The Boys supprised me by not liking my choices and going for a more traditional Jersey. They all pitched in and added their two cents. What an easy project. The boys love their new uniforms!!!

I faxed a picture with some artwork that I had come up with. I thought maybe they would change it just a little. The artist at ClassB pretty much changed my whole picture, and it still contained all the parts of the picture plus a whole lot more. Everybody in Pack 1785 is very pleased with what I received from you guys. You guys did an outstanding job all the way around. The ladies that took the order were very professional and helpful. I'm glad I dealt with you guys.
