Is there a minimum order?
No minimum on reorders, on designs from our design ideas, or on simple designs. Full custom artwork starts at 15 pieces. See how ordering works.
How long does an order take?
Standard service is 12 business days from the day you order, including artwork time and shipping. Priority is 9 days and Rush is 6 days. See shipping and turnaround.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on custom orders. Shipping details.
When do I see my design?
You get an art proof to approve after you order, before anything is made. Want to see artwork first? Ask about an Art Only Order.
Do more design colors cost more?
No. Unlimited design colors are the same price, and larger sizes do not cost extra. See print sizes and colors.
