What You Need to Place an Order
- Your design. A ClassB design idea number, your own artwork, or a description of what you want. Free design help is included with every order.
- Your garments. The style, the colors, and how many of each size.
- The date you need them. We will give you a guaranteed delivery date.
- Payment. Payment is due when the order is placed.

Is There a Minimum Order?
No. You can order as few as one shirt.
- Reorders, design ideas and simple designs: no minimum.

How Pricing Works
Prices are listed right on each garment, so you know your price before you start. Your price depends on the garment, the total quantity and the print locations.
- Unlimited colors, same price. Full color costs no more than one color.
- No setup fees.
- No extra charge for larger sizes.
- Free standard shipping on custom orders.
- Mix printed styles. T-shirts, long sleeves and hoodies with the same artwork count together toward your price break, even if the shirt colors or print colors differ. Embroidered garments count together separately.
- Order more, pay less per shirt. Even small groups get great pricing.
Do schools, government agencies or nonprofits get a discount? We offer the same low prices to every customer. Our prices are already set for groups on tight budgets, so there is no separate discount to ask for.
Payment
Payment is due when you place your order. We accept major credit cards and checks. To pay by phone, call 1-321-252-7727.
Purchase Orders
Yes, we accept purchase orders from organizations that qualify for terms, and some types of organizations qualify automatically. Contact us or call 1-321-252-7727 to find out if yours does. If it does, the purchase order document can follow within a few days of placing your order.
Sales Tax and Tax-Exempt Orders
Sales tax is added where the law requires it. If your organization is tax exempt, send us your exemption certificate when you order. The name on the order and on the payment must match the name on the certificate.
Changing an Order After You Place It
You can add shirts or change sizes without moving your delivery date if you tell us in time:

Want your group to try shirts on first? Order a size sample kit, or check the t-shirt size charts. Since there is no minimum on design ideas, you can also order a single printed shirt to see and feel before a larger order.

Ordering Questions
What is the minimum order?
There is no minimum. You can order one shirt with a design idea, a simple design or a reorder. Fully custom artwork is included on orders of 15 pieces or more.
Can I mix different shirt styles and colors in one order?
Yes. Mix styles, shirt colors, print colors and sizes in any amounts. Printed garments count together toward your price break as long as the artwork is the same.
Can I mix printed and embroidered garments?
You can order both, but they are priced separately. Printed garments count together and embroidered garments count together.
Can I see a proof before I place my order?
Yes, with an Art Only Order. You pay a small art deposit, our artists create your design, and the deposit is applied to your order when you place it. On a regular order the proof comes after you order, and nothing is printed until you approve it.
Can I send you my own shirts to print?
No. We print on garments we supply, so we can guarantee the result and replace any piece that is damaged in production.
Can I buy blank shirts?
No, we do not sell blank garments.
How do I get a copy of my order?
Email or call your customer service representative and we will send you a copy.
How do I reorder?
