First time customer ordering patches for a Troop event. ClassB far exceeded my expectations! Their artwork was spot on - and a big improvement over what I submitted - and they delivered my order nearly 4 weeks ahead of schedule! I would definitely recommend them to others and will be using their services again for sure!

The only thing that was "ack" moment for me is I didn't realize I needed to approve the artwork after it was submitted a second time. I just happened to go in to check status of the order and saw the notification. I would recommend that you add an email when an order requires attention. Other than that suggestion, everything was perfect! I got my order earlier then expected, they look and feel great and the first wash was a success (which means a lot of us moms out there!) We will DEFINITELY be using ClassB again and again!
