Site did not let me sign up, had to do it over the phone; also when attempting to make a change near the end of online ordering, saw that could get 75 total for just a few dollars more, not able to go back and change the qty without redoing the whole order! ~ ended up having to phone order in which went excellantly. Nice people support behind the website.

As always, Rachel did a GREAT job in helping me to design my patch! The order was received a few days ahead of the requested date and your staff notified me by e-mail and phone that it was ready. They also called to let me know that someone from our Council was there to pick up their patches and asked if I wanted him to pick up mine as well. A simple call that saved me a couple of hours of time. Thx for your GREAT service!
