Incredible service every step of the way! You can actually talk to humans at any time. The folks working on your order keep you informed and are friendly to work with. Delivery was ahead of schedule (2 days) which worked out great for my Pack as we were heading out on a camping trip. The "Thank You" card that was inside the box and signed by all those working on the order was a great and pleasant surprise! Thank you for a wonderful purchasing experience!!
