I found the website to be a bit difficult to use. Images would not appear correctly. The layering menu is hard to read. It is extremely difficult getting an estimate of the cost.

This was a super easy process. Online designing, ordering, quote, shipping estimate...all really great. And then how organized the order was (triple-checked before being shipped) and came on the exact day it was estimated. Got a cute thank you card in the mail before the order was due to be shipped, a nice thank you card in the actual order, and a cute bonus stuffed animal (oops - gave away all the surprises!).
