This is my second purchase, and I am happy with the entire process with ClassB. Diane was helpful from the beginning to end, and was prompt and responsive. The Artist did a great job with the design and the logo came out beautifully embroidered. Service was quick since I had a tight timeline and ClassB was able to complete the order to meet my deadline.

I enjoy working with Class B because it feels like an extension to my business just not another vendor. Rachel Barker goes out of her way to make sure our sometimes confusing orders are done correctly and will not hesitate to reach out to verify instruction/art etc. In this tumultuous landscape for small businesses it's good to have this type of partner.

These are great hats. My original one of this style from Class B is 21 years old and looking a little worn, but still going strong. As I'm the last one in the troop to have an original, we decided to order in the same style. Everyone from Class B has been very helpful, the order arrived promptly, and the hats look great! I've never had such good service as I've experienced from ClassB. When I had a question, I'd get an email response within just a few hours. They kept me informed every step of the way, and emailed me with questions when needed. I will definitely order again!
