It would be helpful to have a quick cheat sheet with steps so you now how the process works. Something simple like: 1) pick art work or attach custom art work, 2) Select item (shirt, color, sizes) 3) Make payment by calling XXXXX 4) Review and validate order & any custom art work. It was not very clear on the site for my first order. I was a little confused.

Great customer service! Diana my account manager was very patient to answer all of my questions as a first time customer. She was very knowledgeable in ordering processes and options that would meet our needs. Olivia on the design team was fabulous at taking my initial proposed graphic and cleaning it up to be a true work of art! We love our shirts!!! Thank you!

Took me a while to understand the website, with ClassB associate help was easy and covered what needed.
A partial web-redesigning when picking the design (cosmetic) , might need to be revisited, But I still deliver the purpose.
