As always, Rachel did a GREAT job in helping me to design my patch! The order was received a few days ahead of the requested date and your staff notified me by e-mail and phone that it was ready. They also called to let me know that someone from our Council was there to pick up their patches and asked if I wanted him to pick up mine as well. A simple call that saved me a couple of hours of time. Thx for your GREAT service!
