I was in charge of ordered T-Shirts for my son's Boy Scout troop trek to Philmont. I was blown away by the selection of, not only Philmont shirts, but all shirts. The website was incredibly user friendly is designing and viewing our personalized shirts. The customer service I received was close to best I've ever experienced. I want to comment on the outstanding customer service we received from Robert Stephens. Our scouting unit is heading to Japan this summer and we ordered t-shirts and hats from Class B for the trip. When our order arrived roughly 1 week out from our departure, I noticed that the shirts contained a major typo in the spelling of our host city name. When I contacted Robert, he recognized the severity of the situation and immediately agreed to replace all the shirts at his cost and guaranted that I would have the shirts prior to departure. Robert went over an above what was expected. I can't thank you enough!

Once again, a top notch experience with Class B. Artwork & final product are superior. Armando, our sales rep, kept us posted on status and was always in contact to see if/how he could help us process our order. Great pricing as well. Class B is our only provider for customized troop shirts and accessories--no reason to go elsewhere.

This was our Troop's first time ordering from ClassB. I was dreading the process of designing a custom Philmont Crew t-shirt. I can honestly state that after speaking with Ryan R. I was immediately put at ease. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. The artwork, done by Daniel, was superb. We will be going nowhere else but ClassB in the future when ordering custom crew shirts from now on!
