The customer service we received was excellent! We had a problem with a couple sweatshirts in our initial order being too small. The customer service rep asked me to measure the sweatshirts received and once we realized that they were 2 inches shorter than what was listed in the online sizing chart, they replaced the two for free. The representative was friendly and obviously invested in making sure our scouts got the product they ordered. Will definitely use ClassB again!!

I ordered shirts for our family reunion in July and the art team worked with me in order to custom make a design special to our family. Everyone loved the t-shirts and we all wore them for our reunion. I had the t-shirts shipped directly to the location of our reunion and you guaranteed my delivery a few days earlier than should have been to make sure it got there in time. Thank you for working with me. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly from customer service to the art team and also the girl who answers the phone. I will and have been recommending this company to everyone who needs t-shirts. Everything was just perfect. You accomodated all my needs and enjoyed doing it in the process. That is what true customer service is all about and is what brings us back.

The shirt was easily to design and update with changes. Once the order was placed, the company contacted me to ensure the order was completed to my satisfaction. The artwork was beautifully done. My reunion attendees thought the shirts were simply gorgeous.

I had ordered t-shirts for my Girl Scout Troop (it could not have anything about GIrl Scouts on it because of no licensing) these were a gift from me for my Scouts for Christmas. I got them in and 4 of the shirts were to large so just 5 days before our Christmas party I placed a re-order, delivery was to be on the 27th -- I wrapped these girls an empty box explaining what happened so they would still have a box to open. I had talked to Ashley and she had told me there was no way that I could get them by the 19th for my party. TO MY SUPRISE on the afternoon of the 19th they arrived!! Thank you so much Class B for such wonderful service -- the girls loved both of the shirts I had purchased them and the parents were impressed with the quality & appearance of the shirts!!
