The only thing that was "ack" moment for me is I didn't realize I needed to approve the artwork after it was submitted a second time. I just happened to go in to check status of the order and saw the notification. I would recommend that you add an email when an order requires attention. Other than that suggestion, everything was perfect! I got my order earlier then expected, they look and feel great and the first wash was a success (which means a lot of us moms out there!) We will DEFINITELY be using ClassB again and again!

We were excited to find an approved licensee for the American Legion. It made getting post tshirts easy and worry-free. The American Legion emblem is hightly protected so using it can be difficult. Your editable designs were outstanding and fun and being able to get reasonably priced shirts made in the USA was important to us. Your customer service and artists are very friendly and professional and the art approval process was wonderful. We also found your tshirt size distribution calculator very helpful. With your help we have the sharpest post shirts around! Thank you.

Second year ordering imprinted and embroidered shirts/jackets from Class B. Jonah R. is the VERY BEST customer service agent I have ever dealt with. Instantaneous communication. Exceptional art work with corrections/alterations in the same day. Delivery nearly a week in advance of promised date. Quality of shirts and artwork. Class B is DEFINITELY Class A !!!

Second year ordering from ClassB. We had two different designs this year, and they turned out great! The account managers and artists did a great job with our order. I am very disappointed in your company. Having been quite understanding of the fact that your accounting department cashed our 4-H club's check for over $600 more than it was written for I would think you would want to do something to help. I missed a sweat shirt on an order and needed to add it. Your representative would do nothing to help rectify the situation but offer to sell them to me at $50 each. How can I justify almost double the price? I was willing to order more than the required 6 to help offset some of the cost but cannot justify charging club members almost double what we originally charged. Being an authorized retailer you understand that we cannot just go anywhere for products. I feel like we are being held hostage to purchase large quantities of product that our club will then sit on, since we have already ordered over 100 garments from you in the past year. I will be writing to our 4-H cooperative extension and explaining to them how you are unwilling to help and expect us to be understanding when you make a mistake and take over $600 from our programs and make us wait for it to be returned and yet feel the need to gouge us to help rectify a number error on our part. Thank you for absolutely nothing.
