I had difficulty initiating the design by myself and ended up giving my vision to an artist. The artist did well to put it to art. Are we supposed to be able to click on images and move them to the shirt design? I couldn't figure out how to start the design on my own.

Excellent service & support!!
Minor changes to some of the artwork was required due to BSA licensing restrictions. The changes were clearly communicated through email and followed up with a phone call to insure the issue was resolved and there were no misunderstandings. Once the changes were approved, the order quickly moved to production and we received the shirts well before they were needed.

Our whole experience with ClassB was amazing. We needed our order faster than normal so we'd have them for a parade we were walking in, and they went out of their way to get it to us a few days early. I loved that I was able to approve the artist's work before anything was printed. I received handwritten thank you cards, which I thought was so nice. What a terrific example of customer service in a day and age when most people and companies have forgotten how to treat a customer. I would tell everyone to order from ClassB.

We have used this company for the past four years in ordering T-Shirts for our Family Reunion and have always been pleased until this year. Some of my T-Shirt sizes were wrong and instead of the company allowing me to reorder at the same cost they charged me $20.65 a shirt. Customer service was terrible.
I had problems ordering on line and had to call in my order which was written down wrong. I caught some of the errors before they were printed and Yes, part my fault for not caughting all the problems but what happen to that 100% satification guarantee!
Our troop has been ordering from "class b" for years. And we have always been very happy with the quality of the shirts and artwork. I own a floor sanding business, I wish I new about this company before. The shirts I bought for my company are not as good as the shirts I got from "class b". In a few months they became rags. Where as the shirts I got from "class b" 4 years ago still look new. So I defiantly recommend buying shirts from "class b". And by the way their prices are much cheaper then what the other company charged me for my company shirts.
