Amazing customer service! The personal touches your company offers is unsurpassed. From the personal phone calls to make sure everything was to my liking before anything was started,to phone calls received after proof approval AND to let me know printing was complete and on its way. On top of that emails as soon as my package was delivered, literally within minutes, to make sure I was satisfied! The cute stuffed tiger was such a lovely touch, my daughter loves it:)
The reason I chose this company, the most important to myself, was the fact that ClassB is Eco friendly and organic. More companies need to take the same cue. The fact that ClassB prices beat the competition, is just an added bonus!

For the second year in a row we had a misprint from this company...the proofs were correct...the PRODUCT was not. This time instead of a partial refund they did re-print the shirts...but overall a BAD experience. Quoted one price, then BAIT and SWITCH, they wanted more money to print our design. We have already researched and found other licensed BSA suppliers and will NOT order from this company again!

From the initial phone call to the finished product, my experience with ClassB has been very professional. I grade it A+. Robert S was extremely understanding about our ordering plan and the designers were very prompt in uploading the revised artwork. The designers art was very detail oriented as I had requested and they worked with me to deliver the exact look of what we had envisioned.
Great work ClassB team, thanks for delivering an excellent product. Our Pack loved their new T's.
