Excellent Customer Service. Great Attention to Detail. Prompt return of communication. Hand written thank you was an awesome touch.

Only issue was during the design phase having to restart several times due to the design being jumbled when moving sides on the shirt.

Andrea Friar in your customer service department went way beyond the call of duty to help me with my Pack's tee shirt order. From suggestions on color to virtual instantaneous response on design changes and advice on sizing, she could NOT have been more helpful. The only way she could have been more helpful is if she drove to our house to deliver the package herself! Thanks ClassB and Andrea for an excellent experience!

Overall, excellent service from start to finish! It is good to see a company check in frequently to see how their service is. They sent me an email explaining that the order would be delayed a few days. Few companies can enough about their customers to keep them informed like ClassB does.

Second year ordering imprinted and embroidered shirts/jackets from Class B. Jonah R. is the VERY BEST customer service agent I have ever dealt with. Instantaneous communication. Exceptional art work with corrections/alterations in the same day. Delivery nearly a week in advance of promised date. Quality of shirts and artwork. Class B is DEFINITELY Class A !!!

I have no ability to do artwork. I called and talked to Robert and gave him my idea. He put his artists to work and I ended up with the most beautiful design I could imagine. The water bottles were a high hit, but the patches were in a word, perfect. The colors popped and it is one of the best looking patches I've seen in 30 years of Scouting leadership. Thanks to all involved with our project. I will definitely call ClassB next time.
