Extremely happy experience with my first time order for printed tees for my troop. The order was submitted only 2 weeks before the troop departed for summer camp. We received the tees 1 day earlier than quoted and the boys and leaders were thrilled and proud of the uniform appearance of the troop.
We ordered T-Shirts for our family reunion and they turned out fantastic! The color we chose looked great on everyone and everyone loved the artwork and the shirts! They were a definite hit! This was a great way to add some fun to our reunion! The shipping time was fantastic and we were even able to call and add a few more shirts to the order without a problem. We are definitely satisfied customers! Thanks for the excellent customer service and product!
ClassB provided great service in working with me and altering the artwork, and still met their delivery commitment. They even called to ask if they could have 1-2 more days shipping, which I was able to allow.

Excellent Customer Service. Great Attention to Detail. Prompt return of communication. Hand written thank you was an awesome touch.
Only issue was during the design phase having to restart several times due to the design being jumbled when moving sides on the shirt.
My troop has ordered from Class B several times always receiving the best in quality materials and graphics each time. They carry a wide variety of artwork to choose from. We will re-order when the time comes again.

Andrea Friar in your customer service department went way beyond the call of duty to help me with my Pack's tee shirt order. From suggestions on color to virtual instantaneous response on design changes and advice on sizing, she could NOT have been more helpful. The only way she could have been more helpful is if she drove to our house to deliver the package herself! Thanks ClassB and Andrea for an excellent experience!

Overall, excellent service from start to finish! It is good to see a company check in frequently to see how their service is. They sent me an email explaining that the order would be delayed a few days. Few companies can enough about their customers to keep them informed like ClassB does.
The customer service representative was very courteous. Also, I appreciated the opportunity to contact the artist with any suggestions I might have had.
