My pack committee had suggested several local alternatives which I investigated. While friendly, none of them understood the specific issues around scout neckerchiefs or had a good source for the raw material. ClassB really understands scout-specific uniform items, did a wonderful job converting a parent's crude art draft into production embroidery, and delivered early. ClassB excelled where another company failed! Order over 200 shirts for Jamboree from a slightly cheaper vendor - despite sending in 300dpi artwork, the printing from the other company looked like it was done in crayon & the order arrived on 4 different days?! Quickly re-ordered from ClassB - higher quality shirt, crisp & clean printing, fast shipping in neatly organized boxes. LOVE ClassB and will NEVER use another vendor!

These shirts are of good quality but the selection of artwork is limited and the website is extremely difficult to deal with. Call the company to order and save hours on the computer!

There is a large selection of designs to choose from for your troop, which might be your hardest decision. It was easy to design and order the shirts. A representative communicated with me during the entire process. The best part, I received my order ahead of schedule and was able to deliver the shirts at our meeting. Thanks to Ashley and ClassB!

The only thing that was "ack" moment for me is I didn't realize I needed to approve the artwork after it was submitted a second time. I just happened to go in to check status of the order and saw the notification. I would recommend that you add an email when an order requires attention. Other than that suggestion, everything was perfect! I got my order earlier then expected, they look and feel great and the first wash was a success (which means a lot of us moms out there!) We will DEFINITELY be using ClassB again and again!
