Rush orders are only available for garments not affected. Standard turnaround is often 2-3 days longer that the quoted timeframe.

This company knows how to do Customer service!!! Every part of the process is explained, you can call your representative easily if you have questions
or problems, and the shirts turned out great! I miscounted and was short a shirt, called before the order was sent, and they easily added one on!!! I paid for 2 color ink, but the design only required one so Matt (my rep) called me and sorted it out so that I wasn't over charged. They have you approve the final design before printing. The prices were great for the high quality product ($11 per shirt when I ordered 30). The shirts are 100% cotton, so I had everyone buy a size up in case of shrinkage. And I love that they have so many color and sizing options! Will definitely order from them again! Thanks from Cub Scouts Pack 270!!

We ordered a custom Patrol Patch. I designed the artwork and was very pleased with the quality of the stitching. Our design was of a wolf howling and pine tree in the background and they gave the tree a wonderful texture that made it look very nice. It is a very beautiful patch.

This our packs second year to order tshirts from Classb. The hardest part of the process is choosing what you want from the endless designs available. They are all great. The online ordering is fast and easy. Once you place your order, someone from Class B contacts you within hours by email to confirm your order and design. I love that Class B allows us to pay by check via photo as most Cub Scout Packs do not have debit cards. I usually have to pay for things for the pack from my personal bank account and reimburse myself. Both our orders showed up before and on the date they promised. The tshirts turned out great. The Scouts were very excited when they received their shirts. The quality of the material and printing are top notch. We definitely will recommend and use Class B in the future.

There was a miscommunication on which art work we wanted, so we received the wrong shirts. Class B went right to work on new shirts and rushed them to us. Things happen, it is how they are resolved that counts. Class B gets an A+!
