Every body wants to have a "guy". That go to person that can take care of things and make your job easier. That personal contact. My "guy" in the BSA logo arena is Nancy M. This is the second project we have done together and I am getting my artwork together for the third. I look forward to many more to come.

We have placed our shirt orders twice with Class B and both times the whole experience of designing and ordering our pack shirts was very seamless and quick. There are so many templates to choose from and the customising part was also very easy and intuitive.
After placing the order, Emily was in constant touch through emails to confirm the artwork again. Once confirmed the shirts were printed and shipped. The shirts were organised size-wise and were also sent a cute little soft-toy of a tiger-cub! :)
The second time, we just reordered our previous order, which was saved in our account. So that saved us time as we did not have to design the shirt again.
Overall a wonderful experience, and will highly recommend Class B to all scout packs!

We had an extremely short deadline to complete designs and orders for printed T-shirts and embroidered jackets, aprons and patches for a Wood Badge Course. Nancy was incredibly diligent, responsive, helpful and friendly. She also made great suggestions for refining the designs. Finally, she pushed to get the orders produced early and shipped just before the Labor Day weekend and a hurricane so we received everything on time. Without any doubt, it was absolutely the best customer service I have ever received from any company or organization. I heard many compliments from staff and participants about the design. First time ordering from ClassB and the experience was very good! The shirts are looking very nice on the scouts and the artwork print is good.
The best thing is that even after placing the order, ClassB allowed us to relook at our artwork and make changes (if any). It did not rush into printing, gave us time to confirm the artwork. The update emails are very helpful to know the status of the order.
Overall, an excellent experience!
