I am very satisfied with the service your company provided. Although there was a miscommunication about the acceptance of the order, the artist worked on the problem immediately and was promised to get the shirts to us in time for our Blue and Gold Banquet with a rush order even going in on a weekend to get the order sent because the machines has broken down. BRAVO to your company and its service. The scouts from Pack 32 and Pack 33 love their shirts and we will be wearing them to the pinewood derby coming up in a few weeks. THANKS AGAIN FOR A JOB WELL DONE!!

When I placed our order I really needed it by Feb. 29. After placing the order the delivery date was March 7. Tracking the order it arrived on Feb. 27 which was completely awesome, couldn't have asked for better service.

The customer service representative was very honest and encouraged me to order 50/50 instead of 100%. He asked several times if I was sure on the sizes and if he could do anything else. The order came alot sooner than originally told and included some bonuses.
