The quality of the patchs I ordered from ClassB was great, we are a first year Webelos Den that is going through the "Webelos to Scouts Transition" and the boys were really excited to recieve the patches they have been waiting for and now they are officially Patrols instead of Dens. I have found this incredibly high level of creativity, dedication, and focus on customer service from all of the GetYourShirts staff that I have had the pleasure of working with over the last couple of years. I tried several other companies before coming to GetYourShirts, and was not happy with their products. They simply wanted to print and sew whatever I sent them. There was no art and design expert dedicated to making my product concept come to life.

My product was ordered on 12-4-2007 and I only received it on 12-13-2007. I wasn't able to track via the postal service. I contacted ClassB.com by e-mail and someone from your company called to see if we received the order. I waited an additional 2 days and called your company and spoke to Robert. I was extremely happy how your staff Beccy and Robert responded to my e-mail and telephone inquiries. Robert went above and beyond what I expect by saying that if I didn't receive my order by today, to contact and speak to him directly and that he would send a duplicate order out by by expdited service at ClassB expense so that I would have the patches for our Holiday Pot Luck and Awards Ceremony on 12-17-2007 when we were going to give them to the Webelos. The concern from your staff to satisfy a customer was refreshing and their efforts will clearly make me a long-standing customer for future purchases.
I ordered t-shirts for our cub scout pack. My experience with ClassB was excellent. The choices of designs were great - something for everyone, and the service was second to none. Everyone I had contact with showed that they really cared about my satisfaction.
