Thanks ClassB for enhancing the family reunion. This is the first time that we made a shirt purchase mandatory with fees. However, once they saw the shirts and how they looked on the other family members, they began purchasing extra shirts. This is the second order I've placed with ClassB. Once as Cub Scouts and now again as the boys transitioned to Boy Scouts. The service was excellent...I received my order on time and as promise...Customer service is a big deal to me and with this company they did over and beyond by contacting me a few times to over look order before final processing, informing me when my order was shipped, and contacting me afterwards once order was received to ensure everything was correct...I received Thank You Cards and a Teddy Bear...More companies need to take the time to show their customers just how much they appreciate their business...It does matter and it helps build a long term business partnership...
