Josie was great! She made the ordering process very easy. When the color of the t-shirt didn't come in the 3XL (we have some rather larger leaders) she suggested a good complimentary color. When the order arrived, the leaders were very pleased the two colors matched well. We will definitely order from ClassB again.

I have to tell you that I am a connoisseur of good service and your company is the finest example of a well organized, customer and quality focused organization that I've encountered in a very long time.
I was a quality improvement process facilitator at a large multinational corporation several years ago and their quality statement was "We will meet the needs and expectations of our customers, both internal and external, the first time and every time." You have certainly accomplished the external part and judging from my contact with your artist, customer service, and shipping folks, I suspect you take care of internal customers just as well. Your follow-up is exceptional.
And to top it off: a thank you note signed by your staff. Unbelievable. That's something that I do with my customers; and you know this, it's something that your competitors do not do and sets you far above anyone else.

We were completely satisfied with the shirts for our troop. We paid virtually the same price to our local vendor and only got an emblem over the left pocket area. The boys were very excited when we passed them out. Also, ordering was easy and shipping was very prompt.
