Placing our order was fast and easy. It was my first time ordering and Andrea F was extremely friendly and helpful. I was very impressed with how she followed up on our order and even sent a Thank You card for our order. I don't know many places that would do something like that. Will definitely be ordering from this website again!

In this age of online ordering, it's sometimes hard to find "real" people to talk to who are actually helpful. The Customer Service Representatives at ClassB get an A+ from me! They are knowledgeable and helpful. The communication is excellent. They really care about their company and their customers.

When I first looked on line at your website, I was a little confused trying to design a t-shirt. But this is understandable because I am not computer literate. I called your 800 number and Andrea helped me in minutes. She has been fantastic throughout the entire order with any questions and has all the answers.
