We had 2 problems with our order: first, FedEx delivered to an address on an entirely different street, second, the shirts that were size Adult Large did not have any cleaning instructions on the shirt tags.

I was very impressed with the customer service. I wanted to order shirts to match our existing Class B shirts. The design was one of the standards, so that was easy. I thought our existing shirts were gold, so that is what I ordered. I was very happy to get a call to check if I preferred 'daisy yellow' to match our order from the year prior. They pulled up our Pack order from last year to compare, and made contact to alert me to the discrepancy. Now that is great customer service!
