Our scouts picked some odd patrol names. I thought no way could we design patches for them. But the artwork for our patch design was flawless. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. The process is very simple and speedy, and we had the opportunity to approve at each step. The scouts were all thrilled with their new patrol patches.

I think it's worth telling you that the little stuffed animal you sent and the signatures of the artists on the letter that came with our order were really nice personal touches and I think you're doing a fantastic job and you should all be really proud of the results. In this modern age where anything can be delivered in 4 hours, it's great to have something available that seems so personal and special. I would call it refreshing so thanks for that.

Diana was very responsive and the embroidery on our new neckerchiefs looks much better than the previous similar design produced by a different vendor. This was at least the seventh time we've ordered something from ClassB and we're currently creating our eighth order for additional matching shirts for new members. Past shirts and the screen printing have held up well over repeated washings and customer service has always been top-notch.
