I was very impressed with the customer service. I wanted to order shirts to match our existing Class B shirts. The design was one of the standards, so that was easy. I thought our existing shirts were gold, so that is what I ordered. I was very happy to get a call to check if I preferred 'daisy yellow' to match our order from the year prior. They pulled up our Pack order from last year to compare, and made contact to alert me to the discrepancy. Now that is great customer service!
The quality of the shirts I received were top notch. The service I received was second to none and could not have been better. The rep listened, understood the situation and went above and beyond to complete my order in time for The Woodbadge outdoor weekend. Simply put, ClassB could not have done anything better and I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
