I will say that I was highly, highly impressed with my first ClassB.com experience. This was primarily because of the great communication. I had EXCELLENT communication from the reps at ClassB and this alone is why I have already recommended the site to others. The t-shirts themselves were great, but I expected them to be.

However what made ClassB.com rise above was the great communication and follow up, such as this survey, the e-mails from the rep as well as the artist.

Just the fact that I got a nice thank you card from the rep as well as a nice teddy bear included in my order added that extra special touch to it so I commend you on this.

The screen printed t-shirts for our BSA 100th Anniversary Troop Shirts are amazing! The communication and attention to detail were great through the process, and even when I was delayed in approving artwork due to business travel, ClassB.com still delivered ahead of schedule so our scouts could have their t-shirts prior to scout camp. I have to tell you that I am a connoisseur of good service and your company is the finest example of a well organized, customer and quality focused organization that I've encountered in a very long time.

I was a quality improvement process facilitator at a large multinational corporation several years ago and their quality statement was "We will meet the needs and expectations of our customers, both internal and external, the first time and every time." You have certainly accomplished the external part and judging from my contact with your artist, customer service, and shipping folks, I suspect you take care of internal customers just as well. Your follow-up is exceptional.

And to top it off: a thank you note signed by your staff. Unbelievable. That's something that I do with my customers; and you know this, it's something that your competitors do not do and sets you far above anyone else.

You have set the service bar at a very high level and I thank you for your great products and service. Oh, that all companies behave as yours does!
